Regardless of the option you choose, we begin with a 15–60 minute video consultation to understand your goals, current training, and relevant background. Based on this, you’ll receive a fully customized training program, along with ongoing support to answer questions and guide your progress. Programs are spreadsheets with modifiable cells for unlimited repeatability.

Type 1: Single Power Lift | $60 USD

Squat, bench press, deadlift, or strict press. For anyone needing personalised programming for a specific lift. Anywhere from 6-12 weeks for one training cycle.
